IBCOL'S MANAGEMENT

      MR. MICHAEL STRIEGEL, MANAGING DIRECTOR

         After being trained as an economist and as a lawyer, Mr. Michael Striegel
          started his professional career at an international security firm in Germany.
           In the early nineties he joined IBCOL Technical Services GmbH where he
            headed the human resource department as well as the legal department
            before getting ever increasingly involved into business development tasks
             and marketing. Today, Mr. Striegel is following his father, as a managing
             director of the IBCOL Technical Services GmbH and as a managing
             partner of the IBC Holding company, both located in Haar near Munich.

             MR. ANDRÉ OTT, MANAGING DIRECTOR

            As a graduate in business administration Mr. André Ott gathered significant
           experience in the banking industry before he entered the IBC group in the
          late eighties as assistant to the managing director and co-founder,
         Mr. Hans-Gerd Schneider. He succeeded Mr. Ernst Georg Pantel 1989 as
       general delegate of the group and joined Mr. Striegel in 2002 as a managing
      director of the IBCOL Technical Services GmbH and became managing
    partner of the IBC Holding company. Given the nature of his experience
  background, Mr. Ott's primary sphere of action is finance and project
management.
